1- Nurturing your self-esteem
When we talk about self-esteem, we are talking about how we value ourselves the way we are, no matter what our environment thinks. The problem is that it is difficult to achieve for more than 80% of us, and it happens because we love ourselves conditionally. When we activate our inner power, we commit to changes and actions that benefit our lives and help us grow. This commitment also involves engaging with what we think and say.
Set small and reasonable goals to fulfill. In that case, you will manage to enhance your commitment to yourself and your inner power because you will become more reliable and attractive in your own eyes.
4- Exercising your vitality
To have female power, you need to have a state of vibrant health because this will be the fuel we need to act and face our lives.
We can take care of our health by exercising and having healthy habits. Without vitality, we will probably tolerate situations that harm us too easily.
5- Developing motivational internal dialogues
We all have internal conversations several times during the day. Still, the difference between one woman who is confident and empowered and another who is not is that the first one holds internal conversations where she takes care of her thoughts about herself, which always tends to be empowering and stimulating. Meanwhile, the second woman maintains a negative internal dialogue based on self-criticism, and that instills fear, which weakens and removes strength.
