What is Palo Santo?

Also known as Sacred Wood, it's a characteristic aroma with citrus touches and is very intense. It is perfect for making sahumerios. This wood comes from the Bursera Graveolens tree, which grows in tropical areas of South America, mainly Peru, Brazil, and Ecuador.

How to clean the house with Palo Santo?

The first thing you have to do to clean your house with Palo Santo is put it in a wooden or metal bowl and light the piece of wood with a match. Then, you must wait 30 seconds for it to burn well; you have to blow it so it starts releasing the smoke. Afterward, you have to walk with the Palo Santo through different rooms of your home so the smoke reaches all places; blow it occasionally so it stays on while you do this. Finally, leave it on top of the bowl and wait for it to turn off alone.

Why is incense good?

There is a great variety of incense that we can find on the market, but if we go to a stricter definition, it is understood as a combination of resinous elements that, when they burn, emanate a pleasant smell; Therefore, we can say that they are aromatic products that serve to perfume an environment or for spiritual purposes.

Depending on the elements contained in the incense, it will serve one or the other purpose. The truth is that almost all are very good to clean the energies of the environment and make it more pleasant and quiet.

One way to differentiate incense is those that are direct burning and those that are indirect burning. The first ones are put in a censer.
