The Importance of Mental Illness Awareness

Mental illness is real! Often going undiagnosed and untreated until something happens. I remember those days of uncertainty. I felt as if the entire weight of the cosmos was upon my fragile shoulders. Reflecting back on my young years when depression seemed as the only drug of the day - my life could have ended in tragedy.
