Three years ago with only $500 Marcela Arrieta -- an entrepreneur at heart -- and a daughter of a Mexican immigrant single mother from Jalisco, Mexico, set out to build a family-business empire-- through creating good-for-you soap!
Raised in Boyle Heights and Lynwood, Marcela saw her community and ethnic-roots a source of inspiration. This is my story!It all began from a small corner of my home garage. After deciding to leave a successful career to homeschool my two sons, during my downtime I was drawn to making soap that was healthy for my family.
Creating and figuring out a one-of-a-kind recipe became my mission. Within months, I launched “Majestic Bliss Soaps” and soon after I tapped on the shoulders of Whole Foods Markets. Today, my handcrafted soaps are available at all Whole Food Markets in SoCal, plus quickly expanding to markets in Arizona and Nevada.
In just 3 years, my family-run company is conquering the soap industry. So what is Majestic Bliss Soaps and what sets us apart?? They are quality and vegan-friendly bath products that serve a higher purpose… we are dedicated to empowering the wellbeing of humanity and the animal kingdom. Every single soap is made by hand and each one benefits a local charity. We’ve even created unique soaps for dogs -- people and fur babies are simply loving this healthy dog soap!
